The BioHermes team had the honor to visit laboratories of different sizes such as Meditec, Genmedic, and Chemedic Lab in Vietnam. In the MedLatec medical laboratory, we conducted an in-depth exchange and comparative test on the performance of the glycated detection instrument. It performed well in the comparative test with the traditional high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analyzer. According to the current international requirements for the accuracy of HbA1c determination, the result difference is always controlled within the range of ±0.5% HbA1c, which can meet the clinical HbA1c determination accuracy requirements.

Four venous full blood glucose samples were selected with a general storage condition of 2-8°C and a storage time of one week. The A1C EZ 2.0 Glycated Hemoglobin Tester was used for comparison with the existing Glycated Hemoglobin Test System of the MEDLATEC Medical Laboratory.
